Use of this site
This site is provided for informational purposes. Nothing published here constitutes a binding offer of services, pricing, or guaranteed outcomes. All engagements are defined by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Services and engagements
Soft Void Studio offers narrative strategy and digital growth services structured across a staged engagement model. The Narrative Alignment Memo is a paid standalone diagnostic and is the pre-requisite for all retained work. Delivery timelines, scope, and fees for all services are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
Pre-contract materials
All materials produced prior to the signing of a written engagement agreement - including but not limited to diagnostic frameworks, strategic positioning outlines, and scope letters - remain the intellectual property of Soft Void Studio.
Post-contract deliverables
Materials produced under a signed engagement agreement are transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment as specified in that agreement.
Site content
The writing, design, and code published on this site are the property of Soft Void Studio unless otherwise credited. You may reference and link to our work, but may not reproduce it in full without prior written permission.
Liability
The site and its contents are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Soft Void Studio is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on material published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from the use of this site or the services offered through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
