Privacy Policy

Soft Void Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you hold over your information. It applies to all data collected through this website and the Weekly Dispatch correspondence service.

What we collect

When you send a transmission through the contact form or subscribe to the Weekly Dispatch, we collect the details you provide: typically your name and email address. We do not collect data passively beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visit timestamps) that are retained by our hosting infrastructure for security purposes.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to deliver the correspondence you requested. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the service (for example: the email delivery platform used to distribute the Weekly Dispatch).

Legal basis (GDPR)

Soft Void Studio operates under Portuguese law and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for processing contact form submissions is legitimate interest. The legal basis for processing dispatch subscriptions is consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, and to withdraw consent for any processing based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form on this site or write to us directly. We will respond within 30 days.

Retention

We retain correspondence only for as long as it remains relevant to the conversation it belongs to. Dispatch subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
